Lynne is one of our telephone answering PAs who works on the aesthetics and medical team. She answers calls for small and large businesses in the aesthetics industry as well as private medical practices, dentists, psychologists, osteopaths and podiatrists, to name but a few. See what Lynne has to say, in her own words, about working here at Face for Business

 

I started my career as a PA for a solicitor many years ago but then changed my career and began working in the travel industry, which I love! I’ve been doing this for most of my working life now, and it has complemented the role I have here at Face for Business.

I’d ran my own successful business for many years so understand the importance of customer care and reliability. Face for Business is hot on this type of interpersonal skill, and all the PAs I work with feel the same! Our priority is to treat each call with the utmost of professionalism to both our customers and their callers.

Before I started at Face for Business as a virtual receptionist  I had looked at a few other positions but felt that this team was the most professional and friendly. I’ve been here for over a year now and I am so happy they chose me to join this amazing team. All the PA`s are friendly and welcoming and this reflects in their manner to customers, nothing is too much trouble and we always ‘go that extra mile’ to make sure everything is perfect!

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and like going for long walks - well only when the sun is shining! I enjoy spending time with my 5 year old granddaughter but also enjoy catching up with friends over a nice chilled glass of wine…
