I was interested in the service as I had just expanded my business and wanted to be sure that I didn’t miss any calls from new or existing clients as most people will not leave a message on an answer phone.

Lorna (Business Development Manager) went through how the service works, who answers the phone on my behalf, recording of messages, the portal and the emailed messages. Everything she has said has been accurate and has lived up to my high expectations.
