1. Your company won’t know my business
In a nutshell, it is our business to know your business. Your PA will get to know you and your business during an initial welcome call and will have researched your company by reviewing your website.  Our clients update their PAs on a regular basis, so they know of any company updates, staff absences, business trips, training days etc.

2. I won’t be able to ring my PA and tell her my whereabouts
We have this covered. Your PA will know where you are and what you are doing because you will have access to the FFB portal so you can update your status and they will be able to see where you are. You can also call us with your plans and let us know of any schedule changes, even at the last minute.

3. The PAs won’t be personable or friendly
As well as all our staff being IQ and psychometrically tested, we also interview and assess them to a very high standard.  Your PA will answer your calls in a calm, professional manner and if you want to check exactly how they are doing, we offer call recording for all clients, so you can hear for yourself just how great they are!

4. They don’t care about my business as they don’t work in my premises
You PA might not be sitting in your office but it is their job to act on your behalf and to be an extension of your team. We guarantee that your calls will be answered professionally and you can be assured everyone dialing your number will receive a first-class service.

5. I won’t get my messages quick enough
There is no time delay with our service. Your call is taken, the details are processed and sent to you immediately via email or text.  Every call is also stored on your client portal for you to access at any time. Even if your mail becomes unavailable, as long as you have the internet, you’ll be able to check your messages as and when you need to.

6. It takes too long to set-up/ I have no time to set it up
You really don’t have to do a thing. We talk about what you need, when you need it and then you leave the rest up to us – we don’t even charge a set up or line activation fee.   You only need to know the ‘divert’ process and your telephone provider will help you with this.  We’ll be able to direct you to the right department to call.

7. I won’t be in control of my calls
You can decide when we pick up your calls for you, so you are 100% in control of the service. You can also change your requirements and packages because we want you to be happy and confident that you are receiving the best service possible. 8. It’s too expensive
We offer a free 7-day trial so you can see if Face for Business is the right solution for you and with prices starting from £42.00 per month thereafter, can be as little as a take away coffee a day.

9. My PA is uncontactable
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Outside of these hours we can set up a voicemail to capture your messages and email the recorded message to you. We can also send your messages by SMS, or setup an automated greeting for any 24/7 businesses. If your PA is ill or on holiday, a member of their team will take over, and they will be fully briefed about your needs and your business before they speak to any callers.

10. I know nothing about your company
We work closely with all our clients to understand your business’ services and products, what type of calls and customers we’ll be dealing with and how you like calls to be answered.
