Where It AllStarted !

We started out back in 2012, when we recognised the growing need for call answering services. We realised that people really wanted not just a good PA, but a great one – someone who knew their business inside out and could deal with clients and callers like a full-time member of staff. So we set about creating a service that does just that. After extensive research and a very selective recruitment process, we started taking our first calls in 2013 – and we haven’t looked back!

Andy MacGregor

Andy established Face for Business in 2013 having spent 16 years in the telecoms industry. Andy is passionate about three things – year on year profitable growth, exceeding customer expectations, and creating a good working environment for team members. Andy’s view is simply – combine all three and we will provide a great service for a long time to many businesses.

Helen Christian

Helen joined the company as Head of Service Delivery in 2014. She loves travelling, spending time with her family, and a good Netflix documentary! Helen thrives on seeing new recruits growing into their roles and sharing the great feedback we regularly receive from our customers with the team.

Susan Holme

Susan has been working with Face for Business since its very first day in June 2013 and has seen it grow to the well-established company that it is today.

Usually the first person new customers speak with, Susan is passionate about the customer to client process and beyond, and ensures Face for Business and customer service go hand in hand.

Mike Bilboe

Mike is a cheerful member of the Face for Business team, his sole focus is anything Property! Mike has been in Sales for the over 15 years and is experienced in B2B, B2C and Account Management. He is family orientated and enjoys spending his weekends at the duck pond with his Partner, Son and a loaf of bread!

Abbi Henderson

Abbi is the newest member of our Sales Team and specialises in the Healthcare and Wellbeing sector. Her previous role as a PA at Face for Business, enables her to provide a new perspective to the Sales Team and effectively translate the customers’ requirements to the PA team. Outside the office, she enjoys socialising and visiting friends and family back in the North East. She is a proud dog mother and going out for tea is her favourite past time.

Jordan

Jordan has been with the company for the last five years, starting her career in accounting in 2018. During this time, Jordan has successfully obtained her AAT Level 4 professional diploma in Accounting.

Outside the office, you’ll often find her spending time with her horse, cats, or getting lost in all that Netflix has to offer.

I have worked at Face For Business for nearly 18 months and I truly feel at home here. The staff are very proactive with the training, which helps you settle in quickly with the team. Everyone in the office is very supportive and they are always there to offer a helping hand. I have worked at Face For Business for almost 2 years now!

I do genuinely enjoy coming into work and seeing my colleagues as I work with such a lovely team (time flies when you’re having fun!). You always have something to do when working as a PA and the days fly by as you’re busy answering calls and dealing with live chats for our customers.

We love when its Christmas time in the office as it is filled with activities and fun! My personal favourite was coming in wearing our PJ’s to raise money for charity!

I can honestly say that since working at FFB I have enjoyed coming to work everyday and this is down to the wonderful people that I work with and the nature of the job, every day is different due to variety of businesses that we handle calls for.
