We offer more than just services for your business, we offer personality. In order to introduce you to some of the faces behind our business we have asked our employees to share some information about themselves with you.
Today we’re talking to Roisin Sweeney, our Apprentice Personal Assistant.
What was your first mobile phone?
My first mobile was my mum’s old Nokia. It was one of the sliding phones from 2007.
What is your current mobile phone?
I use an iPhone 4 now. I like how many different features it has, you can basically use it in the same way as an iPad. It’s very handy for me.
What apps are you currently enjoying?
I use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, YouTube … all the social media ones really!
What app can you not live without?
It’s a close call between Whatsapp and Facebook. I think it may be Whatsapp because it’s easy to use and you can send messages for free. All my friends have it as well so we can all talk at the same time in a group conversation.
What feature would you like to see introduced to mobiles in the future?
A 3D screen. I watch TV on my phone and everything would look like it was popping out of the screen. I think that would be pretty cool.
What piece of technology can you not live without?
I couldn’t live without my iPhone. It has everything I need all in one. I use it to catch up on TV programmes, produce word documents and use it in the same way as a laptop.
What social networks do you use?
I probably use Facebook the most.
If you had to give up your phone or your TV, which would choose?
I’d choose my TV because I can get everything on my iPhone now so I wouldn’t really miss it.
If you could have a fictional piece of technology what would it be?
I would want an iPhone battery that doesn’t run out. I have to carry my charger around with me because I use my iPhone quite a lot and my battery runs out really quickly. It’s really annoying!
If you could have any celebrity record your answer phone message, who would it be?
Have you had a particularly good customer experience recently?
When I first got my iPhone it wasn’t setup very well so I had to call someone for help. The person I spoke to was really helpful and made sure everything was sorted out for me.
Have you had any bad customer experiences recently?
A couple of weeks ago when I was setting up my car insurance over the phone, I had to call to arrange for a black box to be fitted on my car. When I called the number to arrange a date and time, the person I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. The complete opposite to the experience I had with Apple!
