With the recent news that the government has reduced stamp duty tax, and that the property market is expected to grow by 4-5% this year, Estate Agents must be ready for the 2015 market. According to the Express, the general election in May and the proposed interest rate rise, are issues to take note of with regards to the market this year.  (See article here).
