Rigourous Recruitment Schedule

Before we employ our PAs they undertake a rigourous recruitment schedule. They are IQ and psychometrically tested and embark on an intensive training process, which includes working closely with our existing PAs, who have set the benchmark, and training with them for weeks before they take their first call – as we aim to get it ‘right first time’.

Wealth of Business Knowledge

All our PAs are professional, polite and helpful, and aim to develop a great rapport with their clients and their callers. Not only do our PAs come with great life experience, they also have a wealth of business knowledge, coming from a variety of backgrounds as well as welcoming new challenges from new business sectors. Whilst our PAs are virtual to customers, Face for Business does not employ virtual PAs.

Our PAs take pride in their role as your PA, and even have an input into how our bespoke call answering system is developed. They are consulted when new software is introduced, and have been instrumental in applying themselves to help create databases and systems that make their role as PA effective as possible.
