Face for Business Blog

Face for Business is looking to employ people from its local community to help their business head for growth!

Face for Business, a local UK business telephone answering service, is pleased to announce their very first open day, to celebrate its 2nd birthday! It will take place on Saturday 11 July, between 10am and 3pm at their premises on Burscough Wharf.

Since going live with their first call in July 2013, the business has gone from strength to strength and they credit their PAs for helping make this happen. To this end, Face for Business is looking to increase its call handling team, and is looking to fill a number of part-time and full-time vacancies, as well as hoping to recruit a number of apprentices.

Face for Business has seen excellent success for a small business, and they’re looking to give their competitors a run for their money! They would like to contribute towards employment growth within its borough, which is why they’ve decided to open their premises to those seeking employment in their area.

As well as looking for part-time and full-time PAs, they’re also looking to train their PAs of the future! Their apprenticeship scheme will see a number of young people understanding the importance of excellent customer service within the workplace, and how an apprenticeship has many benefits compared to a university degree.

Helen Burgess, PA, says “It’s great to work locally, and being able to contribute to the growth of a Lancashire based business. It doesn’t take me long to get to work at all, and we’re based in the beautiful village of Burscough, canal side”.

Roisin Sweeney, Apprentice PA says “Working for Face for Business has provided me on the job training, as well as obtaining numerous skills through my NVQ provider. It’s great that I’m getting paid whilst learning”.
