Face for Business sees its staff as the forefront of its business, employing only the best PAs, who have undergone a demanding training schedule which ensures we have the perfect PAs for our clients!  As well as being IQ and psychometrically tested, our PAs have numerous interviews and a month’s ‘on the job’ training before they take up a role within our busy telephone answering service.

Rocket Training Partnership

However, even though we have recruited exceptional PAs, we are also ensuring that each of our PA’s has vast customer service knowledge and experience. To uphold this commitment, we have partnered with Liverpool training provider, Rocket Training, to allow our PAs the opportunity to gain an NVQ or diploma in Customer Service. Currently we have 95% of our PAs undertaking this qualification, and are pleased with progress so far.

Customer Service Qualifications

The Customer Service qualification our PAs are working towards covers:-

• Resolve customer problems
• Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback
• Promote additional services or products to customers
• Service partnerships to deliver customer service
• Develop resources to support consistency of customer service delivery

Call handling logistics

We have partnered with Rocket to roll out this training programme and are delighted with the support we have received off them so far. Their trainers are personable and helpful, and most of all understand the logistics of our call handling service, and are happy to work around our commitment to our clients – plus they get to see our PAs in action, answering calls on behalf of many businesses! We wear many different hats during our telephone answering day!
