Call Answering for Rural Working
If you don’t have the correct connection whilst you’re working from rural areas, do you worry about missing important business calls? If so, how can Face for Business help businesses in rural areas? We call answer for a myriad of businesses, and quite often we take calls on behalf of clients who are on site or having meetings in rural areas. They leave us specific call handling instructions to inform their clients that they are in an area with limited signal, which our PAs relay to callers. If your phone dips out of signal, your calls can be diverted to us, with an email sent on for when you’re back on track, giving you peace of mind when you’re working rurally.
Telephone answering PAs
It also gives your callers peace of mind that there query is being dealt with, and it helps to talk to a real person, rather than leaving a message on voicemail. Also, we’ve found from experience that our client’s callers feel reassured when they speak to someone, as our PAs are polite and professional and follow the correct call handling instructions. Our PAs are able to let your callers know when you’re due back in the office, or when their call is expected to be returned.
