Before joining Face for Business Sue worked for various companies as a PA/receptionist. Sue has extensive experience working in the legal sector plus she had studied for the Institute of Legal Executives certificate, showing her great knowledge of this industry. Her background working as a Legal Assistant, in the Legal Department of Sefton council, makes her ideal for her PA role here at Face for Business.

Sue’s work history before she joined Face for Business…

• Started working for Sefton Council in 1987 in their Legal Department as a Legal Assistant.
• Attended college on a day release basis, studied for the Institute of Legal Executives and attained Institute of Legal Executives Certificate.
• Worked in different areas within Sefton Council, namely Debt Recovery and the Land Charges Department.
• Worked at Sefton Council for a total of 14 years before leaving to raise her children.
• Whilst being a stay at home mum for her daughter and son she had various part time roles including shop assistant, cleaner, bar worker and receptionist.
• Joined Face for Business in March this year, bringing her knowledge and experience of the legal sector and previous receptionist roles.

What does Sue enjoy in her spare time?
“My hobbies include walking my little dog called Benji (he was supposed to be a pure Shih Tzu but he is definitely crossed with something but not sure what!!) and I also like a good book.”
