Managed Live Chat Services

It’s been a busy couple of months here at Face for Business. We’ve been evaluating our service and have recently introduced Live Chat, which we cover more below. As well as Live Chat there are a number of changes afoot, more details to follow in the coming months. But for now, please read on to discover more about our new services and offers…

Live Chat Service

We’ve formally thanked those existing clients who have taken part in our Live Chat trial in 2019. We are now rolling out Live Chat as a fully manned website chat service. This will provide great opportunities for businesses to ensure that their website visitors are engaged in a ‘virtual’ conversation and can choose to chat with someone who can answer any questions. This website interaction can drive up sales and service levels. We’ve seen a 40% increase in leads to our own business using Live Chat, and are delighted to be able to offer this a service to other businesses now.  If you have any questions in relation to our Live Chat service, please call the office on 01704 898400.

Diary Bookings

Many of you will manage a diary for appointments and meetings. Our systems have been upgraded and now link in with a new shared diary system. This enables our PAs to book an appointment with your callers, on your behalf. Our clients who currently use this service have told us how valuable this addition to their call handling service is to them. We can also process credit card payments on your behalf using World Pay or similar online platforms. If this interests you, please let us know and we can talk you through.

Warm Transfers

We will enhance our system to enable our PAs to ‘warm transfer’ your calls (if you have a transfer facility on your package). Once the PA has announced the caller to you and you’ve agreed to accept the call, they will bring the caller into the call and complete an introduction, before they leave the call. This provides a much warmer caller experience for both parties, and we believe that this will improve our service to you and truly make you feel that you have your own receptionist.

Free Additional Marketing Phone Numbers

We can offer all of our clients, who have a call answering package with us, a free marketing number. This can help you as a business, by giving you a new UK geographic number in the location of your choice. For example, your company could reside in Birmingham but you also want to advertise your business in Coventry – we will give you a free local Coventry number.  f you talk to our team and take advantage of this offer, the calls will go straight through to a PA who will answer in your company name. This may get you additional calls and subsequently, more business and more customers.

Free Credit Checks

Another service we offer for our current clients. If you ever need to complete a credit check on a registered company we will be happy to do this. (Currently limited to 4 checks per month).

Our Opening Hours

Are you aware that we are now open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm? Even if you are not open for business yourself, we can capture a message and arrange a call back for when you are next open. This will help you to provide an even better service for your customers and secure those all-important sales.
