It’s been a busy couple of months here at Face for Business. We’ve been evaluating our service and have recently introduced Live Chat, which we cover more below. Live Chat Service

We’ve formally thanked those existing clients who have taken part in our Live Chat trial in 2019. We are now rolling out Live Chat as a fully manned website chat service. This will provide great opportunities for businesses to ensure that their website visitors are engaged in a ‘virtual’ conversation and can choose to chat with someone who can answer any questions. This website interaction can drive up sales and service levels. We’ve seen a 40% increase in leads to our own business using Live Chat, and are delighted to be able to offer this a service to other businesses now.  If you have any questions in relation to our Live Chat service, please call the office on 01704 898400.

We are absolutely thrilled and delighted to have reached a magnificent milestone in reaching our ONE MILLIONTH CALL. We discovered earlier this year that we had answered one million calls, and the lucky call handler was Team Leader, Lynne!

Who will I be working with?


Face for Business provide telephone answering and messaging services for businesses of all sizes across the UK. We continuously make significant investment into technology and our people, and have offices situated in a beautiful canal-side location within the scenic town of Burscough. Our growing team currently includes 22 PA’s, who benefit from a modern open plan working environment, and a family-like atmosphere where teamwork and communication flows naturally.


So, what will the role of PA entail?

Reporting to a PA Team Leader and working as part of a busy call handling team, as a PA you’ll receive superb training to enable you to provide first-class customer service to your allocated clients and their callers. You’ll build and maintain relationships with clients to become familiar with each business and their requirements, which will enable you to effectively handle telephone callers on their behalf.  There will never be a dull moment or time for clock-watching, as you will be providing a helpful, friendly service and taking accurate, quality messages, that you will then record on the computerized system and relay to the relevant client by email.


What will I need in order to be considered for this PA vacancy?

• Superb listening and communication skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport, and long-term client relationships
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Helpful and approachable
• Good standard of IT literacy, with timely and accurate data entry and typing skills
• High level of attention to detail
• A positive, pro-active ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work as part of a busy, flexible team

Ideally you will have proven customer service experience gained within a call centre or reception role, although a great attitude, tons of enthusiasm to learn and a brilliant telephone manner are most important.

 

What will I receive in return?

Starting Salary: £16,000 per annum pro rata. Plus performance based monthly bonuses up to £250 per month pro rata

Attractive Benefits: PA of the month scheme, Perkbox benefits and discounts, 20 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays.

Hours of Work: Part time, 16.5 hours per week.

You’ll be working to cover specific shifts Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 17.00 to 20.00 and Saturday 9.00 - 17.30

Location: Burscough (near Ormskirk, West Lancashire). Easy to commute to with excellent road links from Preston, Southport and Wigan.
