Meet the Team- Abbey - Phone Answering PA

I joined the Face for Business team in February and was made to feel welcome from day one; my team are very supportive and have my best interests at heart. I am currently completing my Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification with West Lancashire College. My course enables me to improve my understanding of Face for Business, perfect my personal customer services attributes and gain a lifelong beneficial qualification while doing something I enjoy. I work with an incredible team, am provided with exceptional training and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships.


Passionate about providing all callers with a professional and friendly service 

I have worked within the customer service sector for 7 years and am very passionate about providing all callers with a professional and friendly service. I am very eager to progress and grow with Face for Business and feel I am lucky to be provided with such an amazing opportunity.  I am hard-working, put 100% into everything I do and believe everybody should be treated the way I expect to be treated myself. I look forward to growing with the business.

I feel my interpersonal skills are improving day by day. I have gained personal attributes including organisational and communication skills.  I enjoy taking calls from our varied clients and feel I am assisting callers on a daily basis; this fills me with a great sense of achievement.

Face for Business' (FFB) answering service is one of the best on the market. After having tried different telephone answering companies we decided to settle with FFB because we found their services reliable, efficient and effective.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and shopping (of course!!).
