GEW 10th Anniversary

Face For Business would like to congratulate Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) on reaching its tenth anniversary. If it wasn’t for initiatives and campaigns such GEW and Small Business Saturday UK, small businesses would probably not have the back-up, support and assistance in pushing businesses forward.

Call Answering for Entrepreneurs

Face for Business is a new start-up company that has been in operation since June this year. We are presently establishing ourselves in the marketplace and reaching out to small business campaigns to help gain exposure for the work we do and the services we provide. We are a call handling and a telephone answering service, and provide these services for other small businesses, such as accountants, financial advisors, graphic and web designers, maintenance companies and driving instructors; with the latter being our main target market at the moment.

Telephone Answering for Driving Instructors

Face For Business has found that our call handling and telephone answering service seems to be the perfect solution for the driving instructor sector, as they are often unable to take calls, particularly when they are out supervising pupils on lessons. The system we have in place means that they can divert their calls to Face For Business at the touch of a button, and can be rest assured that whilst they are unable to answer their telephone calls, Face For Business will do so with the utmost professionalism.

Online Diary Management & Call Handling

In-keeping with the theme of this year’s GEW ‘Take a Step Forward’, Face For Business would like to introduce our new innovative system which we are currently rolling out to clients in the driving instructor field.  We have developed an online diary management system, for use alongside our call handing and telephone answering portal. Both PA and clients have access to the portal, and Face For Business has innovatively added this diary management system to the current services that are provided.  Although there are other diary management systems on the market, we believe we are one of the first companies to link our call answering services to an online diary management system.

Recently, Andy English (General Manager for Face For Business) has successfully brought on a number of new driving instructor clients, with several of them currently using the online diary management system.  We believe that our innovation in this area has enabled us to ‘Take a Step Forward’. We are looking onward to the future and are excited by the potential to increase our call handling and telephone answering service to provide a fully integrated system that is adaptable for our other small business clients.
