The main focus of our business is to provide a first-class phone answering and call handling service to our customers. We achieve this by:-

  • Ensuring we employ the right people – professional, bright and experienced with the skill of being natural communicators, with excellent people skills. Our PA’s are available to speak to any time of the day, should our clients wish to update them.
  • Using innovative technology by ensuring we are up to date on current systems available. We also have an input into the design of our call handling system, therefore offering a bespoke service to our clients.
  • Having a ‘right first time’ attitude to customer service. Our dedicated PA’s are trained and coached on a regular basis, and are offered feedback throughout to help improve upon, and assist their skill base.
  • Understand our clients – we know that each of our clients are different and have different businesses, so we take the time to get to know them, their line of work and the kinds of calls we will be asked to take on their behalf.
  • Being open, honest and transparent, providing our clients with information relating to usage every step of the way, and ensuring that we offer alternative packages to suit their type of calls.
  • Team work is another focus for us. Our PA’s ensure that they appraise each other of new developments in relation to their clients, whether it be status, holidays or daily updates, all information is shared.

Whilst our clients are on a trial with us, they receive a first class professional service and are updated and appraised every step of the way. A follow-up call is scheduled once their trial is finished, and a member of our sales team will review the usage and call them with statistics, giving information on how many calls they have received via us.
