The challenge

The Legal Stop came to us back in 2016 having completed trials with a number of call handling companies. Legal practices take many calls throughout the day and some of those calls may be of a complex, sensitive or contentious nature. They hadn’t been happy with the standard of the service they had received and so approached Face For Business.

Our approach

We allocated a lead PA who specialises in the Legal sector. We discussed The Legal Stop’s specific requirements and agreed how we were to handle their calls. They receive a lot of calls regarding their legal template service and we quickly became familiar with the legal jargon and the common questions that we were handling from their callers.

The results
