The challenge
The Legal Stop came to us back in 2016 having completed trials with a number of call handling companies. Legal practices take many calls throughout the day and some of those calls may be of a complex, sensitive or contentious nature. They hadn’t been happy with the standard of the service they had received and so approached Face For Business.
Our approach
We allocated a lead PA who specialises in the Legal sector. We discussed The Legal Stop’s specific requirements and agreed how we were to handle their calls. They receive a lot of calls regarding their legal template service and we quickly became familiar with the legal jargon and the common questions that we were handling from their callers.
‘Face For Business’ answering service is one of the best on the market. After having tried different telephone answering companies we decided to settle with FFB because we found their services reliable, efficient and effective.
The results
At the end of the free 7-day trial we were delighted that they decided to stay with Face For Business and we are still working with The Legal Stop some 4 years later.
