The challenge

Metalfloor UK Ltd initially approached FFB as they had recently developed a new e-commerce presence. Their team were regularly out of the office meeting clients or making deliveries and were keen to ensure that any increase in call traffic to the business would be answered. Whether a customer needs specific information about a product or has an after-sales query, Face For Business helps with this.

Our approach

We talked them through how we could help, by answering any calls which they were unable to answer. We showed them how they were able to easily switch over their divert from overflow only to diverting all their calls when they were unable to answer. They were introduced to their lead PA who took time to get to know the business, ensuring that Metalfloor’s existing and new customers received a seamless service.
