The challenge

Rhodes Brook Financial Management first approached Face For Business in 2015 having recently expanded the business. They were aware that clients were reluctant to leave messages on voicemails and were very concerned that as a result, calls would be missed.

Our approach

We discussed a number of service options and decided that a basic message package was most suited to their needs.

Their lead PA spent some time getting to know the business and as she works with a small team, the FFB PAs soon became familiar with Rhodes Brook’s regular callers. They in turn were surprised at the number of calls that FFB took, which potentially could have been calls that were missed.

The service provided has been exceptional by all parties I have come into contact with. Everything they have said has been accurate and has lived up to my high expectations.

The results

We’re delighted to still be working with Simon and his team. They can now book appointments with clients, take part in conference calls and even take some time to complete proposals (which can be complex) and other paperwork without fear of being interrupted by calls. They can let their PA know their whereabouts for the day via the FFB app which means that their callers know when to expect a call back and can listen back to calls if ever any further clarification is needed.
