Why is reliable call answering important in your business?

As a physiotherapist, when people are enquiring about our services they’re often in pain and want to be seen asap, so if we’re not able to answer the call because we’re dealing with other patients, or we’re busy doing rehab sessions, that person is likely to move on to the next physiotherapist and we’d lose that lead and we lose business, so a reliable call handling service like Face For Business is vitally important for us.

What have been the main benefits of our service?

The flexibility that Face For Business has shown when I’ve presented obstacles or challenges that I’m finding with the service they’ve been proactive and found solutions and workarounds for that.

The second is how professional the call handlers are, I often get comments [from customers] on how lovely they were and how efficiently they dealt with a caller’s enquiry.

Also the flexibility of the plans that are available. I’ve found Face For Business is very proactive to make sure I’m on the right plan and it gets altered month-by-month depending how many calls have been taken and they’ll alter the plan that I’m on accordingly.

So I feel like I’m being valued and not being taken for a ride so to speak.

Being reassured that my calls are being dealt with professionally and promptly is a weight off my mind and allows me to focus on what we’re good at, which is physiotherapy rather than handling calls.
