The Challenge
Rhodes Brook Financial Management first approached Face For Business in 2015 having recently expanded the business. They were aware that clients were reluctant to leave messages on voicemails and were very concerned that as a result, calls would be missed.
Our approach
We discussed a number of service options and decided that a basic message package was most suited to their needs.
Their lead PA spent some time getting to know the business and as she works with a small team, the FFB PAs soon became familiar with Rhodes Brook’s regular callers. They in turn were surprised at the number of calls that FFB took, which potentially could have been calls that were missed.
The results
With the help of our PAs, Rhodes Brook Financial Management was able to maintain an effective level of customer service and continue to deal with an increasing number of inbound calls from potential and existing clients, while going through a growth period for the business.
Our PAs helped ensure all calls were answered when staff were away from their phones or another line, allowing Rhodes Brook Financial Management to capture more new business opportunities.
