About Our Pricing Packages

At Face for Business, we keep things simple. Our phone answering costs are transparent and there's nothing hidden from you. We pride ourselves on our honest, clear approach, and our fantastic working relationships with our clients. A payment package will be individually tailored to your business - we know that every business is unique, with packages to suit all types of business.

We offer three scales of package: Message Only, All-in PA and Inclusive Minutes. Once you’ve had your 7-day free trial, we will better understand the types of calls you receive and the amount, and we will agree the most appropriate package for you to be on. We’ll then optimise your bills for two months, to ensure that you are getting the best value for money. After the two months you are then responsible for checking your own monthly usage, and, if necessary, can ask to move package, to ensure you are on the most cost effective pricing plan.

Great Value Pricing and Features


Every call we answer costs one unit. Each tariff comes with a pre-determined number of units included, which can then be utilised over the course of the month.


A great plus for any Face for Business customer is we don’t charge for transfers to your landline. Mobile transfers are priced competitively at just 10p per minute (charging by the second), so you can receive transferred calls easily and without the worry of building up big bills you were not expecting.


We don’t charge for unwanted sales calls. We have a welcome call with new clients, and we identify the types of calls you consider as sales calls – utility companies, advertising, etc. We will block these callers and make notes on your company details within our bespoke call answering screen.
