Forest Dental first approached Face For Business back in 2016. They had considered a number of options for some additional assistance answering phone calls, but after speaking to our Sales team, decided to trial FFB. Dental surgeries are always busy with inbound calls. Clients still choose to contact their dentist for an appointment or in an emergency, by phone. This presents challenges for the surgeries as they balance back to back appointments with queries and paperwork whilst trying to provide an efficient service answering phone calls.
