Virtual Receptionist - Face For Business

Featured case study

Beaumont and Co approached Face For Business in late 2018 having just lost their receptionist.

In considering their options, they had thought about whether the incoming calls could be covered ‘in house’ but client meetings and the sheer volume during busy times made this unavailable.

They also considered outsourcing the role. Their worry here, was that the ‘personal touch’, on which they pride themselves, would be lost by using a call handling service.

Accountant Phone Answering

A virtual receptionist that’s ready when you are

Every business goes through its busy and quiet times. Especially accounting firms. From the busy periods when end of year accounts need completing, to quieter periods when more time is spent on new business.

This gives accountancy practices a real headache when it comes to staffing a reception. You need the service in the busy times to make sure client calls are answered quickly and new business calls are handled professionally. But you might not need the services, or expense, of a full time receptionist in your office in the quieter times when there’s less enquiries coming in or work to complete.

A virtual receptionist is the ideal answer to this problem. That’s because the service can be scaled up and down and services added or removed as needed to meet the needs of your business.

Professionalise your accounting firm’s front of house

Whether you’re a firm back working from the office or are going to be working more from home, your virtual PA creates a professional front of house that can deal with all calls efficiently, everytime.  Whether it’s a new client, an existing customer or even a cold sales call you want to avoid, your virtual PA will work with you to figure out exactly how to deal with any enquiry you might get so they can provide a professional and friendly service to your customers, from anywhere.
