Face For Business provides both ‘messages only’ packages, or we can also transfer calls to you or your colleagues. - How can we assess if your service is right for our business?

- Can I alter my monthly package at any time?
Of course, you can change to a different FFB package to accommodate the busy or quiet times of the year. All you need to do is inform FFB prior to us sending out your next invoice and we will happily make this change for you.
- What happens after hours?
For out of hours we have a range of options available. We can set up a personalised voicemail facility to capture all of your messages and email the recorded message in a WAV file. We can also divert emergency calls back to your mobile when we’re not open, or simply provide a greeting, explaining when you are closed and reopening.
- What happens if I lose a message that you’ve forwarded to me?
All messages are saved in our system so if you lose or accidentally delete a message you can get in touch and we’ll resend it to you.
- What happens if two customers call me at the same time?
We can handle as many calls that come through to your business as you need us to. This is because our service runs on a digital network and not a physical landline so it doesn’t limit the number of calls we’re able to answer at once.
- I want to add two mobile phones to the service, is this possible?
Yes, if you have multiple contractors receiving calls from customers or you need to cover more than one landline for a sales team, we can add multiple lines to your account so you never miss a call.
