- How do I make sure my time isn’t double booked?
Our operators will have live access to your online diary so they can see instantly when you’re free, plus meetings are booked in a style that suits your day so you can ensure certain times are blocked out. Once a meeting is booked, your diary will be updated automatically.
- How are appointments booked?
This depends on how you want the service to work for you. When a call comes in to book an appointment, your personal assistant can book the appointment directly into your diary for you. Or, they can take down a message which you’ll receive immediately in an email, or the call can be transferred to someone in your business to be handled internally.
