- How do I get my calls and messages?
You receive your calls and messages immediately in an email. If you have a particularly urgent phone call that you’re expecting, you can let us know and we’ll transfer the call directly to you, wherever you are.
Plus, you can easily change how we handle your calls on a given day to fit in with your schedule or preference.
- Do you handle out of hours calls?
We’ll set up a personalised voicemail (using a script you provide if you prefer) that can take all your messages and email them to you in a WAV file. You also have the option of having an emergency or urgent calls diverted directly to your mobile if someone calls when we’re closed.
