Creative Kitchen Design began using a telephone answering service as we were inundated with telephone calls from suppliers and customers, and were finding it difficult to maintain a good customer service offer. So we searched for a call handing company on Google and found a telephone answering service to trial. After a couple of months we were offered an alternative service, and were surprised to find that it was on our doorstep. Our transition to Face for Business was seamless and we were assisted every step of the way. The General Manager set up our account for us, and our delightful PA talked us through the portal and showed us around the system. We have been with Face for Business for over 4 years now, and we have received a first-class service from them. Their PAs are very knowledgeable about our business and interact with our clients as if they worked for us. The company as a whole has built excellent relationships with all members of staff, from us in the office to the kitchen fitters and suppliers and customers alike. We would also like to note that our customers have complimented us on the way our phones are answered. We’d be lost without Face for Business now, and they have become an integral part of our business.
