We've been using Face for Business for quite a number of months now and quite frankly I don't know how we coped without them. We run a small team and often find the office unmanned due to events, meetings etc. We used to divert our office phones to our mobiles and handle clients whilst on the move. This was a nightmare especially when at events and in client meetings. Face for Business now handle all our calls when we are out of the office or pushed for time. We don't have to set a divert, as it will automatically transfer to Face for Business if it rings more than 3 times. The messages we receive are fantastic and they take so much information from our callers which makes phoning them back so much easier. When trying to find a telephone answering service we contacted every company on the first 5 pages of Google. Face for Business could not be beaten on price, efficiency or quality.
