No charge for set up and training
We’d never try and charge you just to get set up with your telephone answering service. It’s completely free to get started with us and that includes any time we spend showing you how your new web portal and app works.
Calls priced to the second
Unlike other “major” telephone answering services we don’t round up the calls we answer to the nearest minute, or 15 seconds, or any other amount of time. We simply charge by the second so you will only ever pay for the time your Face For Business PA is on the phone. We also don’t charge for wrap up time. We think it’s only fair and keeps your call answering service cost under control.
Bills optimised every month
We get that some months you’ll use more of our service and less on others. To help keep your price controlled we always put you on the most cost-effective tariff based on your usage during the month. This takes away the headache of needing to review your answering service pricing and usage every month yourself.
No premium charge for out-of-hours calls
An out of hours call answering service can be a life-line to busy business owners who don’t want to miss early morning, late evening or weekend calls but also need to clock off at some point. We never charge extra for answering these out-of-hours calls. Instead you’ll pay a simple, flat fee for your call answering cost.
We never charge for answering sales calls
Imagine seeing your call answering cost at the end of the month and seeing half the monthly billables have gone to dealing with sales or nuisance calls. We understand these calls aren’t valuable to your business. So we never charge you if we answer them.
